Aesthetically furnished, the apartments have a kitchenette and private bathroom. The rental period is flexible.

The rent includes : Water, electricity and heating charges, daily cleaning service (Mo-Fr), weekly linen service and free internet.
Your responsibilities : the monthly rent must be paid in advance, apartments can only be used for personal habitation purposes, not for subleasing. At least two weeks notice of departure must be given. The stay of a second person is charged 25% of the monthly rental. Pets are not accepted.
